The Night Vision Store Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to keep our customer satisfied while recovering all our expenses associated with a return or exchange. Unlike many of our competitors, we will not make a profit on a return or exchange. We will pass on any expenses associated with the transaction including distributor's restocking fees, credit card charges, additional shipping expenses. Please note that American Express and Discover will not refund credit card charges, even if the product is returned.
 If you charged your transaction to American Express or Discover, you are responsible for those fees.

Not Satisfied? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in new condition within 10 days after you have received the product for refund or exchange (excluding shipping and insurance charges).
The 10-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that The Night Vision Store receives the merchandise back at the shipping facility or the distributor. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns to cover our return processing, product inspection, credit card fees, packing, shipping, mileage and other restocking expenses unless an error is made by us. There is no restocking fee on exchanges but the customer is responsible for all mileage/shipping and insurance expenses.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS

If the returned product or the package is received at our location in damaged or used condition, or if parts are missing, we must charge you a restocking fee of at least 15% and up to the full purchase price.

Important: Returned merchandise MUST have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call us at 1-817-490-0501, fax us at 1-425-663-3548 or email us at nvstore@sbcglobal.net and we will be happy to provide one.

Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.

All returns must be shipped by a traceable carrier such as FEDEX or UPS and insured to the full value of the product. Products returned via the Postal Service cannot be tracked to the accuracy required by The Night Vision Store and the sender assumes full responsibility for safe delivery of the product. Loss of or damage to the product by the carrier during return is the responsibility of the carrier and the purchaser must file the appropriate claim with the carrier.

All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition with UPC codes intact and on the packaging. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on dirty, damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. No returns will be accepted if any of the packed accessories are missing. All returns must be authorized by The Night Vision Store. Contact us for authorization number prior to shipping any merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with your return. Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of returned and state your request for either a refund or and exchange. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility of The Night Vision Store, but rather the carriers. It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure the shipment adequately and to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of any problem.

Shipping damage   Do not accept the product if the packaging shows evident damage. All our products are inspected prior to shipment and we will not use packaging which has any defects or damage. Contact us for instructions.

Defective product All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and the terms and conditions vary according to the manufacturer. If the product malfunctions within 15 days of the delivery date, we'll replace it. Please contact us to obtain return instructions. After 15 days of the product delivery date please contact the manufacturer to resolve all warranty issues. Of course, we'll help if we can.

The Night Vision Store reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise, return the merchandise, or charge additional restocking fees under the following conditions:

1) Merchandise was received at the shipping facility after the ten day trial period without prior authorization. The 10-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that The Night Vision Store or its distributors receives the merchandise back at its facility. That time is determined by the delivery of the returned merchandise to the shipping facility as shown on the delivery verification receipt.
2) The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used or scratched.
3) The merchandise shipped was improperly packaged.
4) The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.
